2024 Dust Control Program
Residents adjacent to the Municipal Roads which are within boundaries of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman may apply to have dust control applied in front of their residences for 2024.
The Municipality will not be applying Dust Control to Provincial Roads within the boundaries of the Municipality.
2024 Dust Control Program Application forms are available at the Municipal Office in Minitonas, upon request by calling (204) 525-4461, and clicking this Application Form link.
Please complete and return the application, accompanied with payment for $500.00 prior to May 24, 2024. Applications without payments will not be placed on Dust Control List. The application of chemical shall consist of approximately 1000 litres of product which will cover approximately 300 feet (100 metres) of roadway with a double pass.
The Municipality intends to apply dust control in mid June (weather permitting).
Those who are arranging independent dust control, must notify the office as soon as the product has been applied. Failure to inform the Municipality, may result in the effectiveness of your application due to road maintenance.

The Municipality will not assume responsibility for the effectiveness of the dust control application and will not issue refunds, nor re-apply product.
